1. Accounts & Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & ensure proper accounting & financial management of the company
  • Financial forecast, analysis, budget & monitoring/view, cash flow management, etc.
  • Prepare and submit all company’s financial reports to the head office
  • Handles HR, payrolls, bills & payment, banking, audit & taxation matters, etc.
  • ISO audit/review, administrative and other financial matters, etc.
  • Any other related duties as and when assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferred if in a managerial position.
  • Good planning & analytical skills.
  • Proficient in ERP or equivalent Financial Software. FACT System an add on advantage.
  • Excellent in Ms Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
  • Must be a team player. Able to work with people at difference levels and at the same time able to work independently.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain full sets accounts in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Manage month end, quarterly and year end closing
  • Preparation of year-end audit schedules
  • Preparation bank reconciliation
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Posting of invoices and payment vouchers
  • Data Entry & word processing skill
  • Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information, ERP FACT system an add on advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and process enquiries & orders from customers for local and global ship supply.
  • Provide timely quotation and process order efficiently.
  • Select reliable suppliers, alternative sourcing and regular evaluation of suppliers' performance.
  • Liaise closely with customer, supplier, sales and operation team for correct and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure prompt delivery order processing for timely invoicing.
  • Submit accurate and timely report as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum "O" Level 
  • At least 1 year in purchasing in the ship supply or marine industry.
  • Entry level are welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Secretarial and administration support to the Director
  • Maintain director’s dairy, appointment and meetings
  • Handling queries and drafting of business letters, emails and correspondences
  • Assist on all executive duties and provide full support on operation matters
  • Monitor and assess office procedures and systems to ensure smooth office operations

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all goods are safely delivered on board the vessel, checked and acknowledged by the crew on board
  • Account for the cash to be collected and submit promptly.
  • Liaise with the Customer Account team with regards to the crew's requirements.
  • Provide good standard of service to all customers.
  • To establish good rapport with ship captain/master
  • Motivate and provide a good working spirit with the operations team.
  • Any other related roles and responsibilities as and when assigned to you.

 

Requirements:

  • Singaporean Only.
  • Able to work highly irregular hours (including on weekends and public holidays) in outdoor conditions.
  • Must possess at least Class 3 driving license.
  • Preferably possess at least 1 year boarding experience within ship supply industry.
  • Starting pay around $2.5k for those without experience, we can consider paying more for those with direct experience.
  • 13th month AWS and variable bonus.
  • Company transport-Tpt pickup at Lakeside and Joo Koon MRT.
  • Proven track record of successfully working in teams. able to work independently in fast and dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop short and long term e-commerce strategy and roadmap in line with Brand and Affiliate strategy.
  • Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue generating channels.
  • Analyse online marketing budget and online advertising spend by channel and Brand to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis.
  • Provide e-commerce education and advice to Brands and share best practices within the Region and Affiliates.

  • Build and maintain relationships and communication channels with Brands and Corporate teams.
  • Conduct weekly or monthly business reviews

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning celling vents, restrooms cleaning etc,)
  • To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards and shelves
  • To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required
  • Check & top up of pantry stock.
  • To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
  • Taking care of plants
  • Cut fruits for stuff and serve client food and beverage
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
  • Cleaning of windows, doors and glass panels.
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
